📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
- In rare cases of delay (e.g., stock issues or address verification), we’ll contact you promptly.

We ship across India, including metros, cities, and remote areas.

🛒 Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Flat ₹49 shipping fee on orders below ₹999
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available with a small convenience fee (₹30 – ₹50 depending on location)
All charges are visible at checkout before you confirm your order.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use it to track your order in real-time through the delivery partner’s website.

❌ Undelivered / Missed Deliveries
- If our courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package may be returned to us.
- We will contact you to confirm whether you’d like the order resent (extra charge) or cancelled and refunded.
Make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All products are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
In case your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
