Refund & Returns Policy
At Beauty Pharmacy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds—quickly and fairly.
Return Window
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Note: Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

- Gift Cards
- Items marked final sale or purchased during promotions/discount
- Opened or used products due to hygiene and safety standards
⚠️ Partial Refunds May Apply
In certain cases, we may approve a partial refund:
- Items not in their original condition
- Products that are damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned after 7days of delivery
💸 Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few working days.
🕐 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to be officially posted
- Contact your bank—processing times may vary

❌ Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
